The Tree

This is a first edition of 30 screenprints showing birds in tree.
I like to play with black and white shapes and counter shapes when I draw. This image is about revealing a thriving swarm of birds comfortably hidden in a tree. Or maybe did the birds left the tree and only remains their empty silhouettes ?
